The premier Original Absolute Squirrel Resistant single-sided feeder is for the serious bird enthusiast. This attractive feeder will attract a wide array of birds to your yard, with a locking top and spring-activated perch that work together to keep squirrels away. This rugged, all-metal squirrel-resistant feeder has a counter balanced perch, adjustable to three positions to allow light, medium or heavy birds on the perch. The wrong bird or squirrel closes access to seed. Holding up to 15 lbs of birds favorite mixed seed, sunflower seeds, peanut halves or safflower, this extra large capacity requires less frequent filling. Stop birds from shoveling food out with the no waste seed saver baffle. Durable, chew-resistant green powder coated steel body with a zinc-plated steel hanger and black powder coated pole. Simply unlatch the squirrel resistant roof and lift for easy filling and cleaning, while seed level indicator window show when feeder is empty. The overhanging roof and hopper keeps the seed dry and protected from the elements and the all- steel body ensures it will withstand all types of weather and unwanted critters in your backyard for many seasons. Top locks down securely preventing squirrel access and when a squirrel steps onto the perch, a metal shield immediately covers the seed tray, shutting off the seed supply. Bird feeder is fully assembled, includes a steel hanging rod for hanging, and a 5 foot sectional pole kit with metal mounting bracket and ground socket for optional pole mounting.

Shipping
If the item has free shipping, we will only ship free to street addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states (PO Boxes may incur additional shipping charges). Phone numbers are required for shipping processing. Items are shipped by either Fed Ex or the US Postal Service and take 1 business days to process.

Returns
DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, damaged, or materially different than what was ordered, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the problem, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a return will be authorized. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number or will be asked to supply a picture of the product and the packaging. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. If a replacement part or product is not available, a refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Return Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund.
RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of a defective, damaged, or materially different item, JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer (if applicable), and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to JCs Wildlife. Please note that eBay may automatically deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount. Once a return has been requested, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. Please note that JCs Wildlife will only accept returns of items in unused, resalable condition.The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
