This is a
Vintage Blue Measuring Mixing Bowl with Pouring Spout!
It is in very good pre-owned condition.  Has two tiny pin head white dots on tip of spout, manufacturer marks  . It measures 4" high,  approx. 6 7/8" across.  Unmarked.  I believe it is Garden City.
