Vintage Airserco Manufacturing Pittsburgh Capillary Tube Cleaner.
For Parts or repair. I was not able to test. Previous owner said it was working, however it looks like grease has pushed into the gage.
Includes laminated instructions. If it works, it would definitely clear blockages!
