Little sailor boy nautical egg timer which my daughter had in her kitchen for many years.  The timer turns over very easily and the sand flows freely.  On the bottom
Foreign 1.  No chips or cracks.  About 3 1/4" tall and 1 3/4" across the base.  He is a cutie.
